Besonders toll fand ich, dass sich Herr Dimitrov, der Geschäftsinhaber, viel Zeit für die entsprechende Beratung genommen hat. Genau das macht den Unterschied zu einem Online-Kauf (den ich davor probiert habe und kläglichst enttäuscht wurde). Absolute Empfehlung, komme gerne wieder. Great, very friendly and professional advice - I was looking for a beginner violin and case; I was able to purchase both at a fair, reasonable price at Musikhaus Wien. I found it particularly great that Mr. Dimitrov, the business owner, took a lot of time to give the relevant advice. This is exactly what makes the difference to an online purchase (which I tried before and was woefully disappointed). Absolute recommendation, gladly come again.

Dann habe ich aufgrund fehlender Information von der Lehrerin zu Flöten gegriffen die eine Deutsche Griffweise vorwiesen. Des Abends wurde ich belehrt und habe am Tag darauf die Flöten auf Barocke Griffweise getauscht. Der Service war am Vortag schon sehr nett und kompetent, und am Umtauschtag noch verständnisvoll und freundlich. Ich spreche hier von unterschiedlichen Personen und in dieser Konstellation finde ich es noch schöner. Kurzum, das Angebot des Geschäfts ist rein optisch schon überwältigend. Die Auswahl der verschiedensten Instrumente und deren Zubehör ist mannigfaltig. Man erkennt gleich hier wird nichts minderwertiges verkauft. Der Service ist perfekt, der Preis stimmt auch, hier kaufe ich gerne wieder ein. This shop "plays" all the pieces. I was looking for a shop that sells recorders and found it here. The service is perfect, the price is right too, I like to shop here again.

Positiv zu berichten ist auch das er keineswegs versucht hat mir, als Anfänger, irgendeine sehr teure Ukulele anzudrehen. Sondern er empfohl mir eher mittelpreisige Instrumente da er meinte das ich dann weniger Finanziellen Schaden habe falls ich dann doch nicht mehr spielen möchte. Das ist sehr positiv zum hervorheben. Außerdem habe ich, zuhause angekommen, in "willhaben" gesucht und geschaut wieviel ich sparen hätte können und tatsächlich habe ich sehr viele Angebote gefunden die exakt die selbe Ukulele, aber gebraucht, um den selben Preis oder sogar teurer verkaufen. Also lohnt es sich zum Geschäft zu gehen ?
