Das mit der Länge der Zieharmonikaträger klappte leider nicht beim ersten Besuch (das Augenmaß des älteren Verkäufers war falsch - das mitgebrachte Instrument hat er ignoriert), aber freundliches Umtauschgespräch beim jungen Verkäufer. Jetzt passen die Träger. Danke
Driving twice from the Oberland to Bregenz shouldn't have been. The one with the length of the accordion straps unfortunately didn't work on the first visit (the older seller's sense of proportion was wrong - he ignored the instrument he had brought with him), but a friendly exchange conversation with the young seller. Now the straps fit. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der gute Ruf dieses Musikhauses kommt nicht von ungefähr! Wir besuchten in den vergangenen Wochen des öfteren dieses Geschäft, um diverse Klaviere zu testen. Dabei wurden wir stets freundlich und äußerst kompetent unterstützt und fachlich beraten, sowohl durch einen Fachverkäufer als auch durch den Chef persönlich. Dies erforderte durchaus auch eine Portion Geduld seitens des Personals, da wir vier Mal das Geschäft aufsuchten. Hier weiß man sich in guten Händen, was dann auch kaufentscheidend war. Dieses Haus können wir nur empfehlen!
The good reputation of this music house is no coincidence! We have visited this shop several times over the past few weeks to test various pianos. We were always supported in a friendly and extremely competent manner and given professional advice, both by a specialist salesperson and by the boss himself. This required a certain amount of patience on the part of the staff, as we visited the store four times. Here you know that you are in good hands, which is what made the purchase decision. We can only recommend this house!
