Random open day. We keep stopping by this museum because it is informative, spatially airy and obviously lovingly designed.

Large collection of archaeological finds and agricultural machines, currently (summer 2021) the agricultural machinery hall is being revised and completely redesigned, here it has finally been understood that a museum has to live and not only be allowed to exhibit and conserve, hopefully this trend will spill over to other museums

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Höchst spannend und informativ gestaltetes Museum, in dem einem die zeitliche Tiefe unseres Kultur- und Naturraumes erst so richtig bewusst wird. Besonders interessant war für mich die Sonderausstellung “30 Jahre Fall des Eisernen Vorhangs“, da ich selbst direkt an der “toten Grenze“ aufgewachsen bin.
The most exciting and informative museum, in which you will really become aware of the temporal depth of our cultural and natural space. Especially interesting for me was the special exhibition "30 Years Fall of the Iron Curtain", because I grew up directly at the "dead border".
