Interesting to see how various nails were originally made, unfortunately only as a film. It would be very nice to see this live.

Obsługa bardzo miła, koszt zwiedzania nie wielki. Szkoda tylko że brak informacji po polsku. Nie zależnie od tego polecam wszystkim. Very nice museum and certainly a place worth visiting! An interesting exhibition inside, very well composed. Service very nice, the cost of sightseeing is not great. It is a pity that there is no information in Polish. Regardless, I recommend it to everyone.

S	Sue Hiscock on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I liked this little museum and thought it good value for €4. It took about 30 mins to go round. This is a museum of everyday life in the region, supposedly centered around the handmade nail but this was a very small proportion of the exhibits. There was enough English translation to identify the various rooms and many work-a-day exhibits (handmade nails, cobbled shoes, blueberry pickers, flax combs, snow shoes, skates to name a few) although I wished there had been more translated into English. The models demonstrating the river craft and how goods were transported along the Inn were very interesting and beautifully made. Photographic material was also interesting and there is a wonderful (though short) cine film presentation of timber felling and handling to get the goods to the river and so to the factory. Health and Safety was not in evidence! I don't think this is the museum that you will divert from your journey to find but, if you are in Rattenberg, don't miss it!
