★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wenn es unbedingt sein muss und keine weitere Verzögerung möglich ist, dann bleibt einem auch nichts anderes übrig. Daher zwei Sterne wegen dem Umstand, dass es das WC überhaupt gibt.
Ansonsten fallen mir nur mehr ein paar Wörter dazu ein: Dreckig, stinkend, unhygienisch und kaum auszuhalten.
If it is absolutely necessary and no further delay is possible, then you have no other choice. Hence two stars because of the fact that the toilet exists at all.
Otherwise I can only think of a few words: dirty, smelly, unhygienic and hardly bearable.
