Die sehr unsympathische Dame, welche die "Vorstellungsgespräche" in Gruppen führt, stellt sich nicht einmal vor. Möchte sofort von allen einige Daten haben, plus Bestätigung, diese Daten für ihre Zwecke verwenden zu dürfen, bevor überhaupt so etwas wie ein Vorstellungsgespräch stattfindet. Benefit especially students to get their data and make quick money. The very unsympathetic lady, who leads the "job interviews" in groups, does not even present. Immediately wants to have some data from everyone, plus confirmation to use that data for their own purposes, before anything like a job interview takes place.

Jeder der dort neu anfängt wird behandelt als wäre er der dümmste Mensch und bei Fragen wird so getan als würde die Welt untergehen. Die Kollegen sind eigentlich nett, aber die Teamleiter sind unter aller sau. Vielleicht liest es ja ein Chef und weißt sie zurecht und bringt denen etwas Menschlichkeit bei. The team leaders at magenta inbound are super unsympathetic and not at all helpful. Everyone who starts anew there is treated as if he were the stupidest person and when questions are asked, the world is going to end. The colleagues are actually nice, but the team leaders are a mess. Perhaps a boss will read it and know it and teach them some humanity.

Nach einem wirklich netten und charismatischen Mitarbeiter, der das erste Gespräch führte, folgte ein extrem unsicherer Workshop-Leiter, der Verständnis heuchelt, während er versucht, die Gruppe dazu zu motivieren die Kunden abzuzocken. Zudem soll man an einem fünftägigen unbezahlten Workshop teilnehmen, bestimmte Informationen den Kunden gegenüber zurückhalten und später für einen Nettostundenlohn von 7,15€ arbeiten. In meinen Augen moralisch nicht vertretbar, die totale Abzocke (seit wann wird die Einarbeitung nicht bezahlt?) und zudem noch überhaupt nicht hilfreich für den Lebenslauf. Wer ein bisschen Köpfchen hat und nicht zu diesen „Hauptsache-Provision-Menschen“ gehört, ist hier einfach nur fehl am Platz! Unfortunately a very strange place. P	Paulina W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich muss leider sagen dass die vorherige Rezension stimmt: -zuerst 2 Tage unbezahltes “Training”….für nichts- bin da schon rechtzeitig ausgetreten -das Obst dass versprochen war haben wir nicht gesehen, Tee auch nicht, Kaffee war da, allerdings Kapsel - und keiner wußte wie dass funktioniert -die rufen sehr viele Kandidaten ein und tun so als ob sie einer der besten Arbeitgeber sind – ein Arbeitgeber bei welchem jeder arbeiten mochte und machen den Eindruck dass es schwierig ist dort einen platz zu bekommen -die verlangen auch SEHR viele Persönliche Daten. -Angestellte kommen voll Unzufrieden zu Arbeit – wie Zombies- keine Begrüßung, gar nix. Ich dachte dass die einfach faul sind und kein Bock haben überhaupt zu arbeiten. Am Ende, handelte es sich um wirklich nette Menschen – die halt bei dem falschen Arbeitgeber arbeiten Ich habe fast keine Erfahrung mit Arbeitgebern, aber dass kann nicht normal sein. Unfortunately I have to say that the previous review is true: -first 2 days of unpaid “training” ... for nothing- I quit in time - We didn't see the fruit that was promised, neither did tea, coffee was there, but capsule - and nobody knew how it worked - they call in a lot of candidates and pretend they are one of the best employers - an employer that everyone would want to work for and give the impression that it is difficult to get a place there -They also require a lot of personal data. - Employees come to work full of dissatisfaction - like zombies - no greeting, nothing at all. I thought that they were just lazy and didn't feel like working at all. In the end, they were really nice people - who just work for the wrong employer I have almost no experience with employers, but that can't be normal.

Wer mal Vergleiche hat, wird den Unterschied zwischen einem seriösen Callcenter und dieser Firma sehr schnell erkennen. Bin jedenfalls sehr glücklich und zufrieden woanders untergekommen und würde keinem raten sein Talent dort zu verschwenden. I don't regret at all that we didn't work together here. Anyone who has ever made comparisons will quickly see the difference between a reputable call center and this company. In any case, I was very happy and satisfied elsewhere and would not advise anyone to waste their talent there.
