G	Gerti Meister on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolle Drogerie, hat aber auch Spielzeug und Schreibwaren... Es ist immer eine Dame in der Nähe die Auskunft gibt wenn ich was nicht finde (was bei mir öfter vorkommt ☺️) Und die Damen die dort arbeiten sind immer höflich, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Ein einziger kleiner Wehrmutstropfen wäre da aber doch... Natürlich hat die FA. Müller ein Desinfektmittel am Eingang bereitgestellt, es wäre aber auch toll wenn man ein Tuch hätte um den Einkaufswagen abzuwischen, wenn man ihn braucht! Ansonsten bin ich eine äußerst zufriedene Kundin der Drogerie Müller (Feldbach) PS. Der Müller hat zwar keine Kundenkarte aber dafür sind seine Preise oft signifikant günstiger als bei anderen Mitbewerbern! Great drugstore, but also has toys and stationery ... There is always a lady nearby who gives information if I can't find something (which happens to me often ☺️) And the ladies who work there are always polite, very friendly and courteous ! But there would be a single little downer ... Of course the FA did. Müller provided a disinfectant at the entrance, but it would also be great if you had a cloth to wipe down the shopping cart when you need it! Otherwise I am an extremely satisfied customer of the drugstore Müller (Feldbach) PS. Although the miller does not have a customer card, his prices are often significantly cheaper than other competitors!

Das Wort Kundenzufriedenheit hat die Dame wohl noch nicht zu hören bekommen. Employee at the cash register disinterested and did not respond to price objection (product incorrectly labeled). The lady has probably not heard the word customer satisfaction yet.
M	Margrit Kaufmann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider ist uns der WC Besuch mit einem Kind verweigert worden. Finde ich nicht okay für so ein großes Geschäft. Unfortunately, we were refused a visit to the toilet with a child. I don't think that's okay for such a big business.
M	Magical Nord on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jz rennt man eh schon wie ein bekloppter durch die Gegend und sucht nach einem Produkt. Wenn man auf die Mitarbeiterinnen zusteuert beenden diese schnell den Blickkontakt und haun ab. Dann doch noch eine erwischt. Die Auskunft war auch nicht gerade besonders hilfreich. Immerhin wusste ich jz an welcher Seite im Laden ich das Produkt suchen soll. An der Kasse dann ewig gewartet da die Verkäuferin anstatt an der Kassa lieber mit ihrer Kollegin quatscht, die gerade Produkte einräumt. Nach 2 sagen das ich bitte bezahlen möchte wollte ich wütend weggehen bis sie sich dann doch noch erbarmt hatt. Danke. Da war ich zum letzten Mal. Die 2* nur deswegen weil die Auswahl gut ist. Aber da hab ich lieber weniger Auswahl und geh zu DM. Now you run around like a crazy guy looking for a product. If you head towards the employees, they quickly end eye contact and run away. Then caught another one. The information wasn't particularly helpful either. At least I knew which side of the store to look for the product. Then waited forever at the checkout because the saleswoman prefers to chat with her colleague who is serving products instead of at the checkout. After saying 2 that I would like to please pay, I wanted to go away angry until she had taken pity. Thanks. I was there for the last time. The 2 * only because the selection is good. But I'd rather have less choice and go to DM.
M	Marietta “Frühling” on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Filiale in Feldbach ist sehr höflich und freundlich. Es freut mich immer wenn Frau Guttmann an der Kasser ist. Sie kennt die Produkte und hat immer ein paar Tipps für mich. The branch in Feldbach is very polite and friendly. I am always happy when Ms. Guttmann is at the cash desk. She knows the products and always has a few tips for me.

Auf der Suche nach einem bestimmten Produkt (gibt's nur bei Müller) hat mir die Mitarbeiterin gleich eine Kollegin geholt, die mich anschließend sehr gut und freundlich beraten hat. Dame an der Kassa war auch sehr nett - kann somit nichts Negatives über die Filiale sagen... Nice new branch. When I was looking for a specific product (only available from Müller), the employee brought me a colleague who then gave me very good and friendly advice. Lady at the cash desk was also very nice - so I can't say anything negative about the branch ...
P	PUNKT. cc on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Am Telefon wird eine Gutschrift Versprochen, dann fährt man eine strecke 96km und Vorort Heißt es es geht nur ein Umtausch! Schenken sie ihren Sohn das Playmobil Auto mal und nach Weihnachten kommen Sie es Umtauschen! Aber zusammenbauen darf es mein Sohn nicht! Danke für die 192km hin und zurück die ich umsonst gefahren bin. Frechheit liebe Frau Suschnik! A credit is promised on the phone, then you drive a distance of 96km and suburb means there is only an exchange! Give your son the Playmobil car as a present and come and exchange it after Christmas! But my son is not allowed to assemble it! Thanks for the 192km there and back that I drove for free. Insolence dear Mrs. Suschnik!
