★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Rückgabe eines Elektrogeräts wurde zum Theater, ich wurde wie der letzte Dreck behandelt. Ich konnte nicht ausreden und wurde von der Filialleiterin mehrmals unterbrochen. Außerdem wird nicht auf die Maskenpflicht der Kunden geachtet bzw. tragen manche Verkäuferinnen die Maske unter der Nase. Ihr Wissen im Bereich Film ist miserabel. In diesen Laden gehe ich nicht mehr.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mueller Bischofshofen è gigantesco, trovi tutto quello che cerchi. Il personale è sempre molto gentile e pronto ad aiutare. L'unico difetto sono le cassiere, sempre frettolose e scortesi.

leider hab ich keine Positiven Rückmeldungen bezüglich dem Müller.
Außer, das sie eine große Produktauswahl haben.
Als erstes möchte ich auf die Mitarbeiter eingehen, bei meinen letzten zwei Besuche, im Müller wurde ich nicht begrüßt und auch nicht gefragt ob mir jemand behilflich sein kann. Das finde ich Schade denn die Mitarbeiter spiegeln das Unternehmen und wenn sich diese nicht für einen Kunden interessieren bzw. ihn nicht beachten dann finde ich, das man den Mitarbeitern etwas über das Verhalten gegenüber einen Kunden nochmals lernen soll.
Weiteres was mir nicht gefällt sind die teils zu überteuerten Preise. Also es gibt Produkte die ganz klar günstig sind, dennoch muss ich das Niveau der anderen Artikel anpassen, ansonsten hat man eine zu große Preisspanne.
Mein Fazit: Ich gehe gerne zum Müller, jedoch muss sich das Unternehmen am Riemen reißen und die Mitarbeiter neu erziehen.

First of all, I would like to talk about the employees, on my last two visits, in the miller I was not greeted and also not asked if anyone could help me. I think that's a shame because the employees reflect the company and if they are not interested in a customer or do not pay attention to him, then I think that employees should learn something again about behavior towards customers.
Another thing I don't like are the sometimes overpriced prices. So there are products that are clearly cheap, but I have to adjust the level of the other items, otherwise the price range is too large.
My conclusion: I like going to the miller, but the company has to pull at its belt and re-educate its employees.
