★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Großes Sortiment, aber leider im hochpreisigen Kosmetiksegment schlechte bis gar keine Beratung. Wenn ich als Kunde endlich eine Mitarbeiterin gefunden habe und dann besser Bescheid weiß als sie, stimmt was nicht. Gerade in diesem Segment erwarte ich mir kompetente Beratung. Schade, ich habe gehofft, dass es hier eine Alternative zur örtlichen Parfumerie und den großen Ketten wie Dou.... und Mar.... gibt. Leider nicht !
Large range, but unfortunately bad or no advice in the high-priced cosmetics segment. When I, as a customer, have finally found an employee and then know better than her, something is wrong. In this segment in particular, I expect competent advice. It's a shame, I was hoping that there would be an alternative to the local perfumery and the big chains like Dou .... and Mar .... Unfortunately not !
