Nach 2 Wochen OHNE Nachricht und nicht Antworten auf unsere Mails (war als Geburtstagsgeschenk gedacht) dann im Geschäft vorbeigegangen. Aussage: ah, der Hut ist noch nicht mal produziert... keine Entschuldigung, kein Bemühen. Der Service sollte mit den teuren Preisen standhalten können. Das war unser letzter Kauf! I am really disappointed with the service and the reactions of the staff. We have already bought the 5th hat, this time online. After 2 weeks WITHOUT a message and no replies to our emails (was intended as a birthday present), I went to the store. Statement: ah, the hat is not even produced ... no excuse, no effort. The service should be able to withstand the expensive prices. That was our last purchase!
