Im Rahmen eines Hausbauprojektes widerfährt einem einiges, so eine geballte Ladung an Unhöflichkeit und Respektlosigkeit habe ich allerdings noch nie erlebt. Gott sei Dank konnten wir die Kurve kratzen bevor ein Cent geflossen ist. UNDER EVERY CRITICISM! Ignorance & arrogance are the dominant attributes of 'customer service'. You are not a customer but a supplicant. As part of a house building project, a lot happens to me, but I have never seen such a load of impoliteness and disrespect. Thank god we could scratch the curve before a cent flowed.

Thomas sagt wir schaffen das,am nächsten Tag am späten Nachmittag war der Monteur bei mir, neue Pumpe installiert alles ok. Einfach super und freundlich ? Wasser gerettet!!!!! ? Simply super pump broken company Mück called mechanic busy. I go on holiday in 3 days. Ms. Thomas says we can do it, the next day in the late afternoon was the fitter with me, new pump installed everything ok. Just great and friendly ? water saved !!!!! ?

Ich sendete via Website ein Formular mit meinem Anliegen. Sekunden später kam eine autogenerierte Mail mit "Danke für ihre Anfrage". Seither keine Reaktion. Ich wollte ein Pool mit jeglichem Komfort. (30.000 Euro veranschlagt). Ich bin kein Bittsteller, ich WAR ein potenzieller Kunde. I called this company 5 weeks ago - it was not lifted - until today no callback, in spite of sent no. I sent a form with my request via website. Seconds later came an autogenerated mail with "Thank you for your request". No reaction since then. I wanted a pool with all the comforts. (30,000 euros estimated). I am not a supplicant, I was a potential customer.

Aber wenn irgendwann Probleme auftreten und man um Hilfe und Kostenvoranschlag für undichten Bodenablauf anfragt, keine Reaktionen. Unfortunately not good customer service !!! They like to sell new pools where a lot of money can be made. But if at some point problems arise and you ask for help and a cost estimate for a leaky floor drain, no reactions.
