★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach einer Röntgenuntersuchung, durchgeführt von einer kompetent aufmerksamen jungen Dame, wurde mir versichert, ich brauchte nicht zu warten, die Bilder und der Befund würden unverzüglich zum Orthopäden nach Innsbruck geschickt werden. Heute, eine Woche später: Der Arzt war da, ich war da, bloß die Bilder nicht. Zurück nach Schwaz schilderte ich einer der Damen die Situation, dass ich umsonst nach Innsbruck gefahren sei. Dass der Dame kein Wort der Rechtfertigung oder gar Entschuldigung über die Lippen kam, war nicht schlimm, Höflichkeit hat man in der Kindheit mitgekriegt oder auch nicht. Aber der Umstand, wieder fast eine Woche warten zu müssen, um zu erfahren, was mit meinem lädierten Knie los ist, ärgert mich immens. Karl Dauber
 After an X-ray examination, carried out by a competently attentive young lady, I was assured that I didn't have to wait, the images and the findings would be sent immediately to the orthopedic surgeon in Innsbruck. Today, a week later: The doctor was there, I was there, just not the pictures. Back to Schwaz, I told one of the women the situation that I had gone to Innsbruck for free. The fact that the lady didn't say a word of justification or even apology was not bad, you might or might not have noticed politeness in childhood. But the fact that I have to wait almost a week again to find out what's going on with my injured knee annoys me immensely. Karl Dauber
