★ ★ ★ ★ ★ insgesamt ok, aber wenn eine Kundin versehentlich etwas fallen lässt sollte man nicht hörbar darüber schimpfen, das darf einfach nicht vorkommen.
all in all ok, but if a customer accidentally drops something you shouldn't complain about it audibly, that just can't happen.
