Beautiful pedestrian bridge at the river Salzach just 5 minutes from the old town centre... Has great views of the river and the city.

Crowded old and electric environment. See the heart of the city. Great views. Also known as the link bridge

The less popular cousin than the Makartsteg, which was featured in the Sound of Music movie. Also a pedestrian bridge but less crowded and in my opinion has a better view to admire the river, though it's a little further away from the main tourist attractions. You can actually do a loop around the two bridges on foot if you don't mind walking.

As far as bridges go, it worked to get us from one side to the other. It is probably a bridge less travelled from the more popular selfie lock bridge, but has the most amazing coffee shop to greet you on one side.

Nice bridge for a few photo ops. Be sure to visit at night time to see the marvelous city lights reflected in the river.

Views of this place in particular at night was simply awesome. During the summer nights it was wonderful to walk along the beautiful river. It was soothing and peaceful.

Very pretty art nouveau pedestrian bridge. It features briefly in the Sound of Music so attracts a lot of SOM pilgrims. The coffee house at one end of the bridge used to be the toll house for the bridge.

The Mozartsteg is a bridge named for Mozart and a pedestrian bridge across the River Salzach. It's a fairly nondescript looking bridge as bridges go. This bridge featured in the "The Sound of Music" as Maria and the children cross the River Salzach at the begining of their day trip out of Salzburg, while the instrumental of "My Favorite Things" plays in the background. Otherwise, I doubt anyone would notice this bridge. There's fantastic views of Hohensalzburg Fortress from the bridge though.
