Amazing communication and service. Had all the knowledge I needed to answer all my questions about moving to Austria and the visa's and documentation involved.

Few months ago I had problem which seemed to be unsolvable - my wife had to change her name in the "Rot-Weiss-Rot Karte". Calling authorities ended with "we are not allowed to give you information over the phone". But just a quick call with Mrs Epping resolved the case. I would need to emphasize that other agency told me that "it is complex process and it will cost almost EUR 1000" while in MOVES response was "if it is only that than congrats for the marriage and I wish you wonderful day" - my opinion is that this is telling a lot about how customers are treated.

It is always a difficult transition when you have to move somewhere new and where you don’t know anybody. Moves Consulting helped me get a beautiful apartment quickly and also helped me with residence applications. The friendly approach and support while adapting to a new city rounded up the great experience.

I wanted to move to Austria and a friend of mine recomended moves cosulting. It was the worst experience. The price changed several times, starting with €14000 and in the end the company in person of Mrs. Epping wanted to charge me €24000. Later I eventually found out that for every single document which had to be handed in would have costed extra money, paid per hour. It was always said that these finally €24000 would be all inclusive without any extra cost. After I paid the first part, ~€5000, she suddenly canceled the contract, sending me a disturbing and completely unprofessional invoice, where she mentioned some problems with a partner. And in this invoice she also attacked her partner though it had nothing to do with me. Now my real problems started, getting my money back. I wrote eMails and tried to call. Her replies to my eMails were solely insulting. Among others she said that I should stop bothering her, she doesn't want to have any contact with me. The top of everything was, that after several days of trying to reach her, I got a message that I should try get my money back from her partner with whom she had problems. I know this sounds unbelievable but can be proofed, so if someone is interested feel free to contact me. Mrs. Epping also mentioned, that she has such a good service. But in her eyes, fullfilling the contract is already considered to be a service, for me it is the minimum I expect. She mentioned several times that she doesn't take any clients from Russian or India as the always want so much extra service that is not handele by the contract. In fact she said that she even hates russians. The conclusion is moves consulting should change the name into moves insulting. Mrs. Epping is a very unprofessional and aggressive person, not trustworthy at all. Thanks to here I change my mind and wont move to Austria anymore because according to her,she is a typicall austrian and I don't need this type of people. I can only warn people to choose moves consulting.

Kornelia is a very trustworthy and enthusiastic person. It is a pleasure to work with her and Moves Consulting. She knows the difficult and lengthy processes of German and Austrian Bureaucracy extremely well so her services are well worth it.

The migration process to Austria is the most difficult bureaucracy I have had to go through in my entire life ... but Kornelia Epping faced that monster with the sword of rectitude and legality.
