E	Eric H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider ist die Qualität die letzten Wochen wirklich stark zurückgegangen, eventuell musste der Koch nach dem lockdown wieder ins Motto Restaurant? Man muss nur in den Abservierwagen schauen um zu sehen was an diesem Tag ungenießbar war. Der Salat schwimmt ungeschnitten im Essig und wäre ohne dem Essen für die Verfütterung im Zoo geeignet. Die Hühnerstückchen als "Beilage" in einem Essen sind klumpen, keinesfalls stückchen oder streifen. Die Kichererbsen waren hart und nicht lang genug gekocht.. usw usw... Ebenso das Gulasch vor ein paar Tagen, große zähe Fleischbrocken welche sich nicht schneiden ließen und voll mit Fett waren. Wenn man die weggeworfenen oder abgestellten Portionen anschaut, bin ich mit meiner Meinung leider nicht alleine. Auch ist es schade das bei der Mitnahme einer Speise seit neuesten einfach kommentarlos ein Sackerl hingelegt wird und man das Essen alleine einpackt während das Personal zusieht... an der Hygiene kanns nicht liegen, wurde ja schon alles angefasst. Ab und zu ist das Essen auch sehr gut, leider eher die Ausnahme. You just have to look in the serving trolley to see what was inedible that day. The lettuce floats uncut in the vinegar and would be suitable for feeding in the zoo without the food. The chicken pieces as a "side dish" in a meal are lumpy, never pieces or strips. The chickpeas were hard and not cooked long enough ... etc etc ... Likewise, the goulash a few days ago, large chunks of chewy meat that could not be cut and were full of fat. If you look at the portions that have been thrown away or put down, I am unfortunately not alone in my opinion. It is also a shame that when you take a meal you have recently just put a sack down without comment and you pack the food on your own while the staff is watching ... it cannot be due to the hygiene, everything has already been touched. From time to time the food is also very good, unfortunately rather the exception.
