d	didi white on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Top Service und Hilfe Wir hatten an einem Donnerstag ein Problem LiMaRegler an einer BMW F 800 ST und haben alle Händler von Innsbruck bis Friedrichshafen abtelefoniert, Ohne Erfolg erst am Montag gab es Ersatz. Vor allem freundlich und zuvorkommend nicht wie viel andere etwas patzig und nicht kundenfreundlich. Aber der freundlichste und Hilfsbereiteste war hier das TEAM von moto-city-west, wir sind dann mit 2 BMWs F 800 R & ST die 350 Kilometer nach hause gefahren mit 2 vollen neune Ersatzbatterien und sind einwandfrei mit Batteriewechseln angekommen. Ich habe die leeren Batterien geladen und meine Frau hat sie leergefahren, auch mal ne nette Tour. Also danke an die Top Beratung und Unterstützung, so sollten Händler immer sein. Gruss Lydia & Dieter aus Freiburg Top service and help We had a problem with the LiMa controller on a BMW F 800 ST on a Thursday and called all dealers from Innsbruck to Friedrichshafen. We only got a replacement on Monday without success. Above all, friendly and courteous, not a bit snotty and not customer-friendly like many others. But the friendliest and most helpful was the TEAM from moto-city-west, we then drove the 350 kilometers home with 2 BMWs F 800 R & ST with 2 full, new replacement batteries and arrived flawlessly with battery changes. I charged the empty batteries and my wife ran them empty, also a nice tour. So thanks to the top advice and support, that's how dealers should always be. Greetings Lydia & Dieter from Freiburg

War vor ein paar Jahren schon da, weil mir während dem Urlaub die Lichtmaschine kaputt gegangen ist. Wurde damals ebenfalls sehr schnell gemacht. Super Truppe und immer freundlich! Top! My dipped headlight bulb was changed spontaneously and super quickly! Was there a few years ago because the alternator broke during my vacation. Was done very quickly at the time. Super group and always friendly!

Wechsel des Bremslichtschalters und das Wochenende war gerettet... Freitagabend gegen 18:15Uhr. Danke Great store and the staff is very helpful. They picked me up at short notice after my alternator was defective and repaired it straight away. Nothing stood in the way of my onward journey.
