Bis jetzt wurde immer alles zufriedenstellend erledigt. Weiter so!!! Has been using MotionData for about 3 years. How do I find wonderful software for a car workshop. I've never been disappointed by the hotline. So far, everything has always been done satisfactorily. Keep it up!!!
S	St. H. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ja, was soll ich sagen ? Hände weg von Vectors CDP. Bei der Präsentation vor dem Kauf war alles Hui ,uns wurde das Blaue vom Himmel versprochen ! Was danach kam war die totale Ernüchterung! Das Programm an sich ist nicht schlecht nur der Support ,der Probleme und Anregungen zeitnah erledigen sollte, ist nicht existent oder inkompetent. Anfragen verlaufen oft im Sande oder man muss von sich aus mehrfach nachfragen. Die Bearbeitungszeit dauert eindeutig zu lange.Die Qualität der angebotenen Lösungsvorschläge lässt oft zu wünschen übrig. Nach jedem Update gibt es massive Probleme oder es funktionieren einige Funktionen die bisher tadellos waren nicht mehr. Schnittstellenprobleme sind an der Tagesordnung. Nach jedem Update findet eine Verschlimmbesserung statt. Der Fahrzeugterminplaner ist unübersichtlich und mit dem Auftragsbestand nicht automatisch abgleichbar. Zeiten müssen immer manuell nachgetragen werden.Auf dem Markt gibt es wesentlich bessere Programme. Das alles ist im täglichen Geschäft zu zeitaufwändig und in der heutigen Zeit nicht mehr hinnehmbar. Es führen viele Wege nach Rom , Vector nimmt bei allen Lösungsvorschlägen immer den Längsten. Ein weiteres No-Go ist die Formular Steuerung und Bearbeitung, wahrscheinlich ein Relikt aus den Anfangsjahren. So, nun wurde genug gemeckert. Liebes Vector-Team , ein paar mehr Innovationen, mehr Praxisnähe und ein motivierteres und kompetenteres Serviceteam würden euch gut tun. Dann wäre alles perfekt. What came after that was total disillusionment! The program itself is not bad, only the support, which should deal with problems and suggestions promptly, is non-existent or incompetent. Inquiries often fizzle out or you have to ask yourself several times. The processing time is clearly too long, and the quality of the proposed solutions often leaves something to be desired. After each update, there are massive problems or some functions that were previously faultless no longer work. Interface problems are common. After each update there is an improvement in the condition. The vehicle scheduler is confusing and cannot be automatically compared with the order backlog. Times always have to be added manually; there are much better programs on the market. All of this is too time-consuming in daily business and is no longer acceptable in today's world. There are many ways to Rome, Vector always takes the longest with all proposed solutions. Another no-go is the form control and processing, probably a relic from the early years. So now there was enough complaining. Dear Vector team, a few more innovations, more practical relevance and a more motivated and competent service team would do you good. S	Sascha Camäleon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mittlerweile eine furchtbare Firma; KFZ-Programm für kleine Firmen sind nicht mehr brauchbar; es zählen nur mehr die großen Firmen; eigens erstellte features und Programmierungen werden durch Updates regelmäßig rausgeschmissen; Überspielungen von EBV an Motiondata und retour funktionieren Jahre nicht mehr; immer wieder NEUE Programmierer, wo die linke Hand nicht weiß, was die rechte macht; Kunde wird zum Bittsteller gemacht; macht echt keinen Spaß mehr; wir wollen einen anderen Anbieter!!! meanwhile a terrible company; Automotive program for small companies are no longer usable; only the big companies count; specially created features and programming are regularly thrown out by updates; Dubbing of EBV to Motiondata and back does not work years anymore; always new programmers, where the left hand does not know what the right one is doing; Customer is made a petitioner; really no fun anymore; we want another provider !!!
