Den Flaschenpfand bekommt Ihr nur dann wenn Ihr Euren BELEG noch habt ... Die Firma Mooshamer erlaubt sich dann zu behaupten das Sie ja den Pfand von der Firma von der Sie diese Flaschen bezieht ja auch nicht zurück bekommt ... Wirklich COOL und ich denke das dies ein tolles Beispiel von KUNDENFREUNDLICHKEIT darstellt Hello dear potential Mooshammer customers, Be careful when you purchase gas bottles from Mooshammer and don't be surprised if, after many years of changing gas bottles, which is only possible Monday to Friday, you want to return the bottle at some point! You will only get the bottle deposit if you still have your receipt ... The Mooshamer company then allows itself to claim that you won't get the deposit back from the company from which you get these bottles ... Really COOL and I think this is a great example of CUSTOMER FRIENDLY
l	lendite ajeti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eigentlich der 1 stern auch zu viel ! 4 monate in der kältesten zeit haben wir warten müssen bis die Heizung funktioniert und dann kommt ne rechnung von 700€ da wir ja auch die Stunden die er Lehrlinge schickt die null Ahnung haben und jedes mal ein andere bis der Chef persönlich kommt und net mal der a Ahnung hatte und wir denn Fehler selbst rausfinden mussten !! Reinste Katastrophe bitte nie an die Firma wenden ⚠️⚠️⚠️ Actually the 1 star too much! 4 months in the coldest time we have to wait until the heating works and then comes a bill of 700 ¬ since we also have the hours he sends apprentices have no idea and every time another to the boss personally comes and net times the had a clue and we had to find out because mistakes! Wir holten eine zweite Firma für eine zweite Meinung und ersparten uns so über 700€ da nur ein Anschluss Stück gewechselt werden musste. The boss came in person and looked briefly at the problem. He then said that the entire device had to be replaced. We got a second company for a second opinion and saved us over 700 € because only one connector had to be changed.

Ohne meine Kenntnisnahme Arbeitstunden verrechnet. 5 anläufe waren nötig um ein ,,falsches Ventil" am Heizkörper zu erkennen. Leider zu spät an den Rechtanwalt gewendet und daher 722€ für den Austausch eines Ventils bezahlt. Aber so wie sich diese Firma verhält wird die Exestent nicht mehr von dauer sein. Leid tut mir nur der alte Chef wie seine Firma runtergewirtschaftet wird. Bitte nie an diese Firma wenden! Totalle Abzocke!!???? 0% profesional and 0% insight on error. Unfortunately not from me but commissioned by the ÖWG. Without my notice working hours charged. 5 attempts were necessary to detect a "wrong valve" on the radiator Unfortunately, too late turned to the lawyer and therefore 722 € paid for the replacement of a valve.But as this company behaves, the Exestent will not be permanent. Dort hat man offensichtlich das Gefühl, eine Frau kennt sich ohnehin nicht aus und man kann sie gut über den Tisch ziehen, viel Unnötiges aufschwatzen und den ersten Auftrag dann nicht korrekt ausführen, damit man weitere Arbeiten durchführen "muss". Die Firma Mosshammer mit ihrer vorherigen Geschäfstleitung war über sehr viele Jahre unsere erste Anlaufstelle. Nun suchen wir uns jemand Neues. Unprofessional and overpriced! Obviously there you have the feeling that a woman doesn't know her way around anyway and you can cheat her, talk about a lot of unnecessary things and then not do the first job correctly so that you "have to" carry out further work. The Mosshammer company with its previous management was our first point of contact for many years. Now we're looking for someone new.
