Erwartungsgemäß wurde der Auftrag zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit durchgeführt. Nur der Preis ist etwas gestiegen. ? As a repeat offender, I had repairs at Moser again. Ich habe mein Abs Steuergerät bei einer Firma in Österreich reparieren lassen, leider ohne Erfolg. Nach Reklamation bei der Firma und 3 monatigen hin und her und ständig Ausreden des Innhabers trat ich mit der Firma Mosertronik in Kontakt. Meine telefonische Anfrage bei Mosertronik wurde von der freundlichen Sekretärin direkt an den Chef weitergeleitet. Der Chef nahm sich am Telefon viel Zeit für mein Problem und wollte sich, dass schon geöffnete/reparierte Abs Steuergerät dennoch ansehen. Resümee: Steuergerät am 28.6.2021 versendet 29.6.2021 Rückmeldung vom Chef, Reparaturfreigabe 2.7.2021 Repariertes Steuergerät wurde gut verpackt zugestellt, eingebaut, keine Fehlermeldung mehr. Ich muss ein grosses Lob an diese Firma und seine Mitarbeiter aussprechen. Top I am very pleased. Now the story about my Abs control unit. I had my Abs control unit repaired by a company in Austria, unfortunately without success. After complaining to the company and 3 months back and forth and constantly making excuses from the owner, I got in touch with Mosertronik. My telephone inquiry to Mosertronik was forwarded directly to the boss by the friendly secretary. The boss took a lot of time on the phone for my problem and still wanted to see the ABS control unit that was already open / repaired. Summary: Control unit shipped on 6/28/2021 29.6.2021 Feedback from the boss, approval for repairs 2.7.2021 The repaired control unit was delivered well packaged, installed, no more error messages. I have to praise this company and its employees. Top
