Soll in einer Tradition sbäckerei nicht vorkommen. Lege WERT auf heimische Produkte. Bought a curd goulatsch today, Saturday 06/02/2018. Unfortunately, the good piece was not baked through and therefore tasted doughy. Shouldn't appear in a traditional bakery. Put VALUE on local products.

M	Michael Gallrauner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine Mutter kauft dort immer Weihnachtskekse. Diesmal war in der Glasur von einem Zimtstern ein Haar und anderes in der Marmelade von einem anderen Keks. Gerade das dunkle Haar in der weißen Glasur hätte man sehen müssen, gut es kann passieren aber dann entschuldigt man sich retourniert den Kaufpreis oder gibt dem Kunden eine neue Packung mit. Heute hat meine Mutter dann in der Filiale am Bozner Platz reklamiert und von der Verkäuferin zur Antwort bekommen das sie nichts machen kann. Eine Unverschämtheit. So geht man nicht mit älteren Kunden um. Ich hätte dort gar nicht erst reklamiert sondern hätte sofort das Marktamt eingeschaltet. My mother always buys Christmas cookies there. This time there was a hair in the glaze of a cinnamon star and another in the jam of another biscuit. Especially the dark hair in the white glaze should have been seen, well it can happen, but then you apologize, return the purchase price or give the customer a new pack. Today my mother made a complaint in the branch on Bozner Platz and got an answer from the saleswoman that she couldn't do anything. An outrage. That's not how you treat older customers. I would not have complained there in the first place but would have contacted the market office immediately.
