Of course, 10 ?? the best fitness studio, with the best boss and the best team. Thank you very much for always being there for us.
E	Elisa Beth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ist aus dem Studio mittlerweile auch eine Kinderbetreuungsstätte geworden? Mütter trainieren und ihre kleinen Kinder laufen über Stunden unbeaufsichtigt im ganzen Studio herum. Den Trainern ist es anscheinend egal ob dies für andere Mitglieder unangenehm oder ärgerlich ist, wird gekonnt ignoriert. Ein NO Go in meinen Augen. Has the studio now also become a childcare facility? Mothers work out and their young children run around the studio for hours unsupervised. The coaches apparently don't care whether this is uncomfortable or annoying for other members, they are skilfully ignored. A NO Go in my eyes.
J	Jane Marple on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider war die Abrechnung am Schluss sehr schwierig, was allerdings schlußendlich mit einem etwas emotionalem Telefonat geklärt werden konnte. Schade, dass es diese Missverständnisse gegeben hat! Da dies zum Teil auch an mir lag (bin es nicht gewohnt Mahnungen zu bekommen) trotzdem 5 Sterne! Mit dem more fit Gleisforf an sich, den Angeboten, Trainerinnen und Kursen war ich 2 Jahre lang sehr zufrieden!! Unfortunately, the settlement was very difficult in the end, which was finally clarified with a somewhat emotional phone call. It's a shame that there were these misunderstandings! Since this was partly due to me (I'm not used to receiving reminders) 5 stars! For 2 years I was very satisfied with the more fit Gleisforf itself, the offers, trainers and courses!
J	Josef Wirth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin sehr happy mit More Fit in Gleisdorf - alles sauber, hygienisch und proper - in beiden Bereichen. Einen Stern kann ich absolut nicht nachvollziehen und ich bin eher kritisch. Wenn etwas nicht passt kann man es sagen und es wird reagiert. TrainerInnenqualitäten mögen vielleicht unterschiedlich sein (weiß ich zu wenig), "meinen" finde ich super - genau und kompetent wenn man's will (THX Boris ;-)) . Bissl mehr noch cool down und du wirst über 100. Stöhner und Brüller trifft man wirklich selten und wenn seitens More Fit darauf hingewiesen wird die Lautstärke zu reduzieren, finde ich es nur angemessen. Es gibt ja auch noch andere Leute die konzentriert trainieren wollen. Vor einem alterserfahrenen Mädelsschwarm mit hoher Kommunikationskompetenz ist man allerdings nie ganz sicher. Plädiere hier für Gratiskopfhörer mit Noise-Cancelling :-) Also nur weiter so, liebes More Fit Team - bin schon unterwegs zu euch :-)) I'm very happy with More Fit in Gleisdorf - everything clean, hygienic and proper - in both areas. I absolutely cannot understand a star and I am rather critical. If something doesn't fit you can say it and it will be reacted to. Trainer qualities may be different (I know too little), I think "mine" is super - accurate and competent if you want it (THX Boris ;-)). Bissl more cool down and you will be over 100. You rarely meet Stöhner and Brüller and when More Fit advises you to reduce the volume, I find it only appropriate. There are other people who want to concentrate on training. However, you are never completely safe from an age-experienced swarm of girls with high communication skills. Advise for free headphones with noise canceling :-) So keep it up, dear More Fit Team - I'm already on my way to you :-))

The price was simply increased from 19.90 to 29.90. That's a 50% price increase. Are you crazy? For what? For the same performance? An impudence!

Da am 15.3. 2020 das Studio aufgrund des Covid 19 bis 30.5.2020 geschlossen wurde und uns trotzdem der Betrag schön brav vom Konto abgebucht wurde bin ich von der Kundenkompetzen sehr begeistert. Wir durften per Mail ein Daten Blatt ausfüllen wo uns zugesichert wurde das die Beträge nach Wiedereröffnung zurück erstattet werden. Bis heute wir abgebucht und alles andere wird da nicht bearbeitet. Ich sage Danke an die zuständigen Damen und Herren für die nicht bearbeiten Mitglieder. Vielleicht brauchen die das Geld des Kunden ja ohne Leistung dringender als der Kunde der brav dafür arbeitet. I have subscribed to my son and we have been a customer in this studio for 3 years. Since on 15.3. In 2020 the studio was closed due to Covid 19 to May 30, 2020 and the amount was nevertheless nicely deducted from our account. We were allowed to fill out a data sheet by email where we were assured that the amounts would be reimbursed after reopening. To date we are debited and everything else is not processed. I say thank you to the responsible ladies and gentlemen for the unprocessed members. Maybe they need the customer's money more urgently than the customer who works for it.

J	Jasmin Ruck on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Betrogen um 80€!!!! Beim Abschluss des Abos wurde mir erklärt, dass ich mit meiner Kundenkarte jederzeit dieses online kündigen könne. Genau das habe ich nach ein paar Monaten getan und mir wurden trotzdem weitere 40€ pro Monat abgebucht, obwohl die Kündigung über ein Monat her war. Nach 2 Monaten habe ich angerufen und mir wurde unfreundlichst mitgeteilt, dass ein Kündigungsprozess, wie er mir erklärt wurde nicht einfach so möglich sei. Das Geld, welches mir ohne Berechtigung abgebucht wird habe ich nie wieder gesehen!! Cheated by 80€!!!! When I took out the subscription, I was told that I could cancel it online at any time using my customer card. That's exactly what I did after a few months and I was still being charged another 40€ per month, even though the cancellation was more than a month ago. After 2 months I called and was told unkindly that a termination process, as was explained to me, was not simply possible. I never saw the money that was deducted from me without authorization!!
