(Sie sagte nur “die sind GLEICH”... keine Entschuldigung.. ha.... wir konnten nicht austauschen.. Eigentlich die sind NICHT gleich! We ordered Orthomol-immune (we showed them a photo of Orthomol at the time), but they gave us OMINIVAL -immun. We had to pay € 65 for Omnival .. (She just said “they are SAME” ... no excuse .. ha .... we couldn't exchange .. actually they are NOT the same!

Daneben gibt es nun einen corona schnell Test in einem Container, ohne Termin muss man etwas warten aber ist dennoch möglich wenn es passt. Great pharmacy with good advice. In addition, there is now a quick corona test in a container, you have to wait a bit without an appointment but is still possible if it fits.

B	Birgit Herzog on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich hatte schon bei relativ vielen Besuchen/Anrufen den Eindruck, dass sich mein Gegenüber nicht richtig auskennt bzw. dass einfach zu viele Fehler passieren. Viele Anliegen können nicht bearbeitet werden, ohne dass die Chefin oder eine Kollegin konsultiert werden muss. Einmal habe ich etwas bestellt und bei der Abholung, nachdem ich meinen vollen Namen genannt hatte, brachte mir die Dame dreimal (!!) das falsche Medikament aus dem Lager. Das wirkt nicht nur chaotisch, es wäre auch potentiell gefährlich, wenn man ein anderes Medikament verkaufen würde. Ein anderes Mal habe ich was bestellt und das Medikament war dann nicht lagernd, weil es vergessen worden war, das Medikament zu bestellen. Den Stern gibt es für die Chefin, die sehr bemüht und freundlich ist. Die anderen Personen, die mich bisher bedienten, wirkten häufig planlos. Ich schreibe diese Rezension, weil ich das von anderen Apotheken nicht kenne und ich mir eine andere Qualität wünsche. After a relatively large number of visits / calls, I had the impression that the other person didn't really know what to do or that too many mistakes were simply happening. Many issues cannot be dealt with without consulting the boss or a colleague. Once I ordered something and when I picked it up, after giving my full name, the lady brought me the wrong medicine three times (!!) from the warehouse. Not only does it look chaotic, it would also be potentially dangerous if you were to sell another drug. Another time I ordered something and the drug was not in stock because I had forgotten to order the drug. The star is for the boss, who is very hard-working and friendly. The other people who have served me so far often seem haphazard. I am writing this review because I am not familiar with this from other pharmacies and I would like a different quality.

Einzig die Parkplatzsituation und die Tatsache, dass mir ein anderes Medikament gibt, als das was verschrieben wurde, ohne es mir vorher zu sagen, finde ich doch etwas beunruhigend. Man könnte es gerne bereits vorher sagen, dass sie das Verschriebene nicht auf Lager haben. An extremely nice pharmacy with very friendly staff. Only the parking lot situation and the fact that I was given a different medication than what was prescribed without telling me beforehand, I find a bit unsettling. One could like to say in advance that they do not have the prescribed items in stock.
