Bestellungen werden nicht bearbeitet, geschweige denn ausgeliefert. ich warte seit einem knappen Monat auf einen, wohlgemerkt "lagernden" Artikel. 3 Mails meinerseits blieben unbeantwortet. Ich wollte in diesen Zeiten den heimischen Handel unterstützen anstatt bei Amazon & Co zu bestellen. War anscheinend ein Fehler.
Auch der Aufforderung, den Kauf rückabzuwickeln, wurde bisher nicht entsprochen. Wie gesagt: keine Reaktion. mittlerweile habe ich den gewünschten Artikel anderweitig besorgt.
Service 0. Orders are not processed, let alone delivered. I've been waiting for an article that is "in stock" for almost a month. 3 mails on my part remained unanswered. In these times I wanted to support the domestic trade instead of ordering from Amazon & Co. Apparently it was a mistake.
The request to reverse the purchase has not yet been complied with. As I said: no reaction. in the meantime I have obtained the desired article elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a book that was labelled 'available' on April 28th. Received a noticed it had been shipped with tracking number on April 30th. The tracking record shows the Post has received electronic details only. My query by mail on May 8th remains still unanswered (May 13th).
FYI I ordered the identical book over Amazon.de on May 4th and received it May 8th. Maybe Morawa's online bookshop isn't State of the Art. I'll definitely wont reorder with them.
