★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service , you'll get a 3 course meal for about 13 EUROS and there's much choice. Completely different from rip off at the usual motorway rest stations. Word of advice: wave the desert even though it's inclusive.

Coca without gas a less syrup that is use to.
Soup - made from chemistry, too much noodles less soup, vegetable crunchy
Wiener schnitzel- good meet, potato salat too salty and not sour.
Service - ask for something and brought me something else
Recommend this restaurant: to nobody. McDonald is better choice to eat than this restaurant.
In the past is was better but now? Never ever i will stop here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Griffen service station is one of our favourite stopping places in Austria, every time we travel to Italy or Salzburg. Nearby the station, down in the village centre there is a huge rock on top of which there is a beautiful old castle. It sits there so proud, a reminder of the country's glorious past, when the Austro-hungarian Empire ruled this part of Europe. The view from the service station to the castle is astonishingly beautiful. The castle catches your eyes right from the motorway, so it cannot be missed if you travel from Graz to the South West. It is a lovely place for a break, food, drinks are great, too, and the view from the outside terrace is really relaxing to the eye...particularly after a few hours of driving...a spot on place! I highly recommend it if you ever feel like taking a small break from a long driving..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice place to have a good breakfast, lunch or dinner .. at lunchtime they offer a very nice menu option - you choose and pay your main dish and get soup, salad and dessert „for free“.. people are friendly, the portions are extra large ( even the breakfast baguette is big enough for two) and the quality is perfect... stars missing because the area is a big hall with little „privacy“ and a high noise level- besides we were seated during the lunch visit at the entrance to the kitchen area where the noice level is extra high and „privacy“ extra low

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a nice play to rest and enjoy a nice view of the surrounding. You can admire the citadel on top of the rock! Amazing fortress view! The gas station has the most convenient price in the area. A lot of green grass where you can play with your dog or lay down a bit before to hit the road again. There's also a big restaurant and a big shop with souvenirs, clothes and food.
