M	Miranda Van Breukelingen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben gestern FlixBus Tickets Gestern haben wir FlixBus Tickets nach Wien in dieser Vorverkaufsstelle in bar gekauft; die Tickets kamen in schwarz/weiss heraus mit schwachem Toner und teilweise unlesbaren Stempel, sie wollte im Vergleich zur App 1,5 Euro mehr, konnte nicht auf unseren Wunsch nach CO² neutraler Fahrt eingehen, ging auf unsere Empfehlung nach geänderte Namen - laut Internet und App wirklich nie ein Problem gewesen - nicht ein und war alles in allem inkompetent, langsam und einfach zu alt für diesen Job! Nie wieder Mobil Zentral! We bought FlixBus tickets yesterday. Yesterday we bought FlixBus tickets to Vienna in cash at this advance booking office; the tickets came out in black and white with weak toner and partly illegible stamps, they wanted 1.5 euros more compared to the app, could not respond to our request for a CO²-neutral journey, changed their names on our recommendation - according to the Internet and App really never been a problem - not one and was all in all incompetent, slow and just too old for this job! Never again Mobil Zentral!

Letztens war der Stempel verschwommen, aber wir hatten von dem Original eine Kopie. Echt unfreundlich, kommen Schüler und Erwachsenen einfach nicht entgegen. Very impolite! Try to get a top ticket for the third time and it will not be given to us. Recently, the stamp was blurry, but we had a copy of the original. Really unfriendly, students and adults just can not stand.

Sehr netter Bearbeiter (Schalter ganz rechts wenn man rein kommt), das Foto für das Ticket wurde vor Ort direkt gemacht - ich hab mir erspart, ein ganzes Packerl Passfotos in einem Shop machen zu lassen. Trotz verkürzerter Officezeiten (8-16 Uhr) bin ich schnell dran gekommen. Weiter so! Got my climate ticket on Monday, March 28th, 2022. Very nice clerk (counter on the far right when you come in), the photo for the ticket was taken on site - I saved myself having to have a whole pack of passport photos taken in a shop. Despite the shortened office hours (8 a.m. to 4 p.m.), I was able to get in quickly. Keep it up!
