Mit den Worten tu etwas gutes und unterstütze das Landespflege heim Berndorf mit einer Werbeaufschrift ein neues Auto zu kaufen betrat die nette Dame mein Geschäft. Ich frage was dies kosten würde sie darauf € 3.500.- ich darauf danke nein das ist mir zu teuer. Am nächsten Tag kam sie wieder und offerierte mir ein Angebot mit € 750.- wo ich dann auch zusagte. Die Überraschung ist dann mit der Rechnung gekommen, den da steht plötzlich € 3.300.- Was ist passiert? Nichts weiter als die Verkäuferin mir den Preis für 1 Jahr gesagt hat und den Vertrag habe ich auf 5 Jahre abgeschlossen, das aber nur im ganz klein gedruckten zu lesen ist. Ich habe mich dann bei dieser Firma beschwert und das Ende des Liedes ist, ICH HABE NICHTS BEKOMMEN UND MUSS DENNOCH € 2.500.- ZAHLEN DA DER VERTRAG SEITENS DER FIRMA MOBIL WERBUNG GEKÜNDIGT WURDE: Also Geld weg und kein Autoaufkleber - keine Werbung This company is the worst there is. That all of this is legally covered, amazes me. With the words do something good and support the Landespflege heim Berndorf with an advertising label to buy a new car, the nice lady entered my shop. Verträge die sich von selbst verlängern, ganz anders als "verkauft" ganz kleiner Melonentransporter der immer nur am Bauhof steht und fast nie im Einsatz ist.....lange defekt, keiner traut sich damit fahren.....usw. Ich rate jedem keine Verträge mit dieser "Firma" einzugehen. The worst thing there is. Contracts that extend by themselves, very different from "sold", a very small melon transporter that is always only at the building yard and is almost never in use ..... long defective, nobody dares to drive it ..... etc. I advise everyone not to enter into contracts with this "company".

Diese Firma vergibt Verträge für Mindestwerbelaufzeit mit Auswahl auf 5 oder 10 Jahre mit einer darunter stehenden Klausel, wodurch sich der Auftrag selbst um weitere 5 Jahre ohne Neuabschluss automatisch verlängert, wenn man nicht spätestens 6 Monate!!! vor dem Ablauf der ersten Periode den Vertrag kündigt! Allerdings, geht aus diesem Vertrag nicht klar hervor, zu welchem Zeitpunkt die erste Periode abläuft bzw. zu welchem Zeitpunkt der Vertrag gekündigt werden muss. Man wird auch nicht vor dem Vertragsablauf verständigt, sondern erst danach, wenn es bereits um die Verlängerung geht! Und als Unternehmer hat man kaum eine Chance, sich gegen solche unlauteren Geschäfte und Vorgehensweise zu wehren. I can only confirm: pure rip-off! This company awards contracts for a minimum advertising period with a choice of 5 or 10 years with a clause below, whereby the contract itself is automatically extended for another 5 years without a new contract, if you do not have to pay for 6 months at the latest! cancels the contract before the end of the first period! However, it is not clear from this contract when the first period expires or when the contract must be terminated. You will not be informed before the contract expires, but only afterwards, if it is already about the extension! And as an entrepreneur, you hardly have a chance to defend yourself against such unfair deals and practices.

Es wird mit allen möglichen Mitteln gedroht und eine fristgerechte Kündigung ist praktisch unmöglich. ACHTUNG FINGER WEG !! 1 star is pure mockery. Pure rip-off in the most outrageous way. Contracts are automatically renewed in an opaque manner. All possible means are threatened and a timely termination is practically impossible. ATTENTION, FINGERS AWAY !!
M	Mag. Carina Markes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achtung Knebelvertrag! Diese Firma ist das Letzte und arbeitet mit den miesesten Mitteln! Großer Fehler mich darauf eingelassen zu haben! Ich wurde zur Finanzierung eines Autos für den Samariterbund überredet. Die Verträge werden auf 5-10 Jahre vergeben mit automatischer Verlängerung. Kommuniziert wurde nur über eingeschriebene Briefe. Sonst war niemand zuständig, weder am Telefon noch per E-Mail wurde von Mobil zurückgerufen oder geschrieben. Deadlines sind nicht einhaltbar, weil Briefe erst ankommen, als die Zahlungsfrist schon verstrichen war. Alles in Allem 2x 1600 Euro gezahlt. Eine Riesensumme Deppensteuer! Attention toggle contract! This company is the last and works with the worst resources! Big mistake to have let myself in! I was persuaded to finance a car for the Samaritan Association. The contracts are awarded for 5-10 years with automatic renewal. Only registered letters were used for communication. Otherwise nobody was responsible, neither on the phone nor by e-mail was called back or written by Mobil. Deadlines cannot be met because letters only arrive after the payment deadline has already passed. All in all, 2x 1600 euros paid. A huge amount of idiot tax!
