Eine Woche vorher angerufen ob man für den 19.06 drei Tische und 2 Regenschirme und ein paar Kleinigkeiten als Deko erhalten kann also nichts großes. Ja wird gesagt aber schicken Sie uns eine E- Mail.Was Wir gleich auch machten.Am Montag erhalten wir keine Rückmeldung also rufen wir an.Es meldet sich eine Dame sie hätte keine Mail erhalten und sei bis am Mittwoch nicht im Büro wir sollen noch einmal die Mail schicken Was wir auch machten und am Mittwoch bekommen wir die Meldung das sich es gar nicht ausgeht weil keine Mitarbeiter vorhanden sind Was soll man dazu sagen I'm very disappointed as a company, I find it dubious. Called a week in advance whether you could get three tables and 2 umbrellas and a few small things as decoration for June 19th, so nothing big. Yes is said but send us an e-mail. Whatever we did. On Monday we don't get any feedback, so we call. A lady answers, she has not received an e-mail and is not in the office until Wednesday, we should still send the mail once Whatever we did and on Wednesday we got the message that it would not work out because there were no employees What can I say

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist unschlagbar und das Personal sehr freundlich. Auch auf Änderungen wurde sehr freundlich und prompt reagiert - jederzeit wieder gern! Vielen lieben Dank noch einmal :) Highly Recommended! Got the furniture for our wedding and it was a dream! The price-performance ratio is unbeatable and the staff is very friendly. Changes were also responded to very friendly and promptly - gladly again at any time! Thank you very much again :)

Die Beratung vorab war sehr kompetent, ebenso wie der Aufbau vor Ort. Die Möbel waren in einem top Zustand. Kundenservice wird hier groß geschrieben. Daher gibt es ein großes Lob unsererseits. Uncomplicated. Friendly. Competently. Highly Recommended. We had borrowed tables, chairs and table linen for our wedding. The advice in advance was very competent, as was the construction on site. The furniture was in top condition. Customer service is very important here. Therefore, there is great praise on our part.

M	Mohammad Hafezi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely unprofessional and bad experience. Got all different furniture and items for our wedding and the whole order had issues. Some fabric pieces were dirty (answer: “you cannot expect cushions to look brand new when you rent them”), cloths for the tables were missing, cloths for the standard size garden benches were too small (!!) and the boys delivering the furniture ran away after putting up half the things because they “had to go to other customers”. When calling the office about the missing and visibly dirty items they delivered the lady was SO rude and didn’t even apologize - because in her mind everything should have been on the truck. Even afterwards, no apology, no discount, nothing. And on the day of our wedding we had someone drive another 2.5h just to pick up the missing items and exchange the dirty fabrics. What a horrible business.
