Genaue Durchsprache vor dem Service damit die Teile vorbereitet werden können; pünktliche Termineinhaltung; kompetentes und freundliches Team. Die Wartezeit ist etwas lange, aber das spricht ja für das Unternehmen. Und der Preis, nun, Ducati ist Ducati :-). HC, Fohnsdorf At the end of the 2020 season I had my service done by MKT for the first time (timing belt change and annual service). Basically everything was right. Exact discussion before the service so that the parts can be prepared; punctual adherence to deadlines; competent and friendly team. The waiting time is a bit long, but that speaks for the company. Ich erreichte zufällig den Chef welcher mir sofort ein Reparaturkit bereitlegte obwohl er selbst schon unterwegs zu einer anderen Panne war. Einfach top die rasche Hilfe in der misslichen Lage. My clutch cable broke on Sunday and I still had to drive 120 kilometers. I happened to reach the boss who immediately gave me a repair kit even though he was already on the way to another breakdown. The quick help in the predicament is simply great.
