No unsympathetic contact, still not in the business (wanted to wash my hair before cutting) ... Then I walked the same street a few meters further towards the center ... Found !!!

Besonderer Verlauf wird ebenso eingegangen und das Personal ist immer höflich und sehr freundlich also ich kann mich defenitiv nicht beschweren. Up to now I was always satisfied and could never complain. B. Special course is also entered into and the staff is always polite and very friendly so I definitely can't complain.

This time my 2 sons (2 & 6 years) and I cut hair at Paulina. Very good and nice service, the people there know their craft TOP?

Diese Kunden hatten keinen Test und ich war sehr froh dass die nette Dame am Eingang hartnäckig blieb und sich nicht einschüchtern lies. Auch dass den absolut unkooperativen Damen ihr Termin nicht nach hinten geschoben wurde fand ich super. Wie kommen andere Leute dazu, die sich an die nicht neuen Regeln halten dann warten müssen. Toll das die Dame am Empfang so standhaft geblieben ist. Bitte dieses Lob auch ausrichten. And for the two ladies today I just can’t find any words for their behavior. ?. Maybe they should consider listening to the news from time to time. I was a customer today and witnessed a performance by two ladies which was top notch. These customers did not have a test and I was very happy that the nice lady at the entrance persisted and did not let herself be intimidated. I also found it great that the absolutely uncooperative women didn't have their appointment postponed. How do other people come in who then have to wait to adhere to the non-new rules. It's great that the receptionist has remained so steadfast. Please also convey this praise. And for the two ladies today I just can't find any words for their behavior. ?. Maybe they should consider listening to the news from time to time.
I	Ines Schiller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe in diesem Salon vor ca. zehn Jahren als Lehrling begonnen zu arbeiten. Diese Erfahrung ist mir bis heute als ein äußerst traumatisches Erlebnis in Erinnerung geblieben. Die Inhaberin hat sich damals über mein Aussehen lustig gemacht, sodass ich nicht einmal mehr in die Berufsschule gehen wollte. Habe mich nicht getraut. Ich habe all die Jahre darüber geschwiegen, weil mir das sehr peinlich und unangenehm war. Doch heute bin ich froh, dass ich nicht länger bei dieser Dame angestellt war, sondern lieber meine Matura nachgeholt habe und jetzt so gut wie fertig bin mit dem Studium. Ich finde, man soll und darf Menschen, vor allem Jugendliche, die sowieso gerade in ihrer Pubertät sehr unsicher sind, nicht so behandeln. Einfach unverschämt und traurig. Ich habe von Frau Kahrovic gelernt wie man Menschen nicht behandeln sollte, nur weil man sich gerade in einer übergeordneten Stellung befindet, und als damals schon erwachsene Frau, kann ich mir dieses Verhalten echt nicht erklären. Zu ihren Kundinnen und Kunden war Frau Kahrovic besonders freundlich. I started working as an apprentice in this salon about ten years ago. This experience sticks in my memory to this day as an extremely traumatic one. The owner made fun of my appearance at the time, so I didn't even want to go to vocational school anymore. I didn't dare. I've been silent about it all these years because it was very embarrassing and uncomfortable for me. But today I am glad that I was no longer employed by this lady, but rather that I made up my Matura and am now as good as finished with my studies. I think you shouldn't and shouldn't treat people like that, especially young people, who are very insecure in their puberty anyway. Just outrageous and sad. I learned from Ms. Kahrovic how not to treat people just because they are in a higher position, and as an adult woman at the time, I really cannot explain this behavior to myself. Ms. Kahrovic was particularly friendly to her customers.
