★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich empfehle dringendst eine Schulung zur "Lösungsorientierten Vorgehensweise im Kundensupport" bzw. eine Teilnahme am Lehrgang "Wie löse ich Probleme proaktiv".
Wenn ich dem Support per Email schreibe, dass die Registrierung einen Fehler ausgibt und ich mich nicht anmelden kann, dann hätte ich mir von einer kompetenten (!) Mitarbeiterin erhofft, dass sie dem Problem auf den Grund geht. Aber ich erwarte wie man sieht zu viel. Aber geantwortet hat man zumindest, wenn auch nur lapidar mit einem textuellen "Achselzucken".
Aber gut, wenn man seinen Job auch so auslegen kann... Suchen Sie noch Mitarbeiter? :)
 I strongly recommend a training course on "Solution-oriented approach in customer support" or participation in the course "How do I solve problems proactively".
If I write to the support via email that the registration gives an error and I cannot log in, then I would have hoped from a competent (!) Employee that she would get to the bottom of the problem. But I expect how to see too much. But at least the answer was given, if only succinctly with a textual "shrug".
But it's good if you can interpret your job that way ... Are you still looking for employees? :)
