★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die zwei Sterne Abzug gibt es für die unfreundlichen Mitarbeiter. Wenn man laut deren Ansicht etwas (unabsichtlich) falsch macht, dann wird man blöd angegangen. Freundliche Rechtfertigung zwecklos. Ich verstehe schon, dass man gereizt sein kann, da es sicherlich viele Personen gibt, die bei der Müllentsorgung dreist oder sonst was sind, aber als Mitarbeiter mit Kundenkontakt sollte man darüber stehen können. Sonst ist das der falsche Job.
Der Rest hingegen ist in Ordnung.
The two star deduction is there for the unfriendly staff. If, according to their view, you do something (unintentionally) wrong, then you are stupidly approached. Friendly justification futile. I understand that you can be irritated, since there are certainly many people who are bold or otherwise in the waste disposal, but as an employee with customer contact you should be able to stand on it. Otherwise that's the wrong job.
The rest is ok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Mitarbeiter sind echt großartig! Hilfsbereit und sehr nett. Es ist alles sehr gut gekennzeichnet sogar mir Bildern! Im Zweifel einfach beim Eingang fragen wo man hin soll. Leichter geht es wirklich nicht mehr!!! DANKE an die 48er !!!
The staff are really great! Helpful and very nice. Everything is very well marked even with pictures! If in doubt, just ask at the entrance where to go. It really couldn't be easier !!! THANKS to the 48!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super moderne Anlage, durch die Rampen ist es total einfach die Sachen abzuladen. Personal bis auf ein paar zwidere voll in Ordnung, manche halt ein wenig "typisch Beamter". ;-)
Super modern facility, the ramps make it easy to unload things. Staff except for a couple of two are okay, some of them a bit "typical officials". ;-)
