★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Schlüssel hat nicht gesperrt. Beim zweiten Mal hingehen kam nicht mal eine Entschuldigung bzw. war der Typ auch noch schnippisch und unfreundlich! Ich gehe dort nicht mehr hin!!!
The key has not locked. The second time I went there wasn't even an excuse or the guy was snappy and rude! I don't go there anymore !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Wert von Geschäften in unserer Nähe wird uns aktuell besonders deutlich, und ich finde, man sollte positive Beispiele herauszuheben; so wie Mister Minit in Hietzing ! War schon mehrmals Kunde dort: Schuhe reparieren, Gürtel kürzen und Schlüssel nachmachen. Das Ergebnis war immer top, es hat einfach alles gepasst. Der Mitarbeiter (ein Kärntner) war effizient, schnell, kundenorientiert und freundlich. Positiv auch, dass die Firma sichtlich auf eine fachlich versierte Stamm-Crew setzt. Breites Angebot, super Mitarbeiter, da ist man gerne Kunde !
The value of stores near us is particularly evident right now, and I think we should highlight positive examples; like Mister Minit in Hietzing! Has been a customer there several times: repairing shoes, shortening belts and copying keys. The result was always great, everything was just right. The employee (a Carinthian) was efficient, fast, customer-oriented and friendly. It is also positive that the company visibly relies on a professionally experienced core crew. Wide range of products, great employees, that makes you happy to be a customer!
