Vor allem die Bedienung ist es schon wert das Geschäft zu betreten.Wir kommen gerne wieder! Was in the store for the first time and immediately felt at home. A really huge selection of products gives everyone the incredible chance to get filthy rich. Above all, the waitress is worth going into the shop. We'd love to come back!

Bei negativen Feedback zur Bestellung ist das Verhalten der Mineralienwelt-Ansprechperson kindisch und unprofessionell. Kundenfreundlichkeit konnte ich nicht erkennen. Man sollte beachten, dass kundenfreundliches Verhalten sowie guter Service erst erkennbar wird, wenn einmal etwas schief läuft. The delivery took a long time compared to other online minerals shops. In the event of negative feedback on the order, the behavior of the Mineralienwelt contact person is childish and unprofessional. I couldn't see customer friendliness. It should be noted that customer-friendly behavior and good service only become apparent when something goes wrong.

( was mich echt wundert weil ich bei anderen Geschäften immer ewig warte) Die Steine sind meeega schön. Und vor Ort hab ich auch damals eine sehr freundliche Beratung bekommen! :) Werde sicher öfter dort bestellen! Have already ordered two times and visited the store in person once. All three times I was extremely satisfied, the delivery was super fast both times. (Which really amazes me because I always wait forever at other shops) The stones are meeega beautiful. And back then I also received very friendly advice on site! :) Will be sure to order there more often!
