★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein schönes Angebot mit entspannter Atmosphäre, netten Kursleitern und einem abwechslungsreichen Kursplan. Da es nur eine Spende kostet, kann es sich auch jeder leisten. Schön finde ich auch, dass es sich hier nicht um eine religiöse / spirituelle Gruppe handelt, man muss also nichts glauben, sondern kann einfach nur meditieren.
 A nice offer with a relaxed atmosphere, nice instructors and a varied course schedule. Since it only costs a donation, everyone can afford it. I also think it's nice that this is not a religious / spiritual group, so you don't have to believe anything, you can just meditate.
