Empfangsdame merkte nicht das ich ein Kunde bin und war mit ihrem Computer im Internet, zolando o. ä Beim verlassen bei Youtube. Beratung war dürftig. Ich habe nicht gemerkt daß die Berater aus dem FF Antworten wissen. Alles schwammig, konkrete Hilfestellung Fehlanzeige. Voll enttäuscht Spart euch den Gang und die 83€. Das ist meine mMeinung und Erfahrung. ???? People! Save the money. Only been there today. The receptionist did not notice that I am a customer and was on the Internet with her computer, zolando or similar when leaving YouTube. Advice was poor. I did not notice that the consultants from the FF know the answers. Everything is vague, concrete assistance is not available. Totally disappointed Save the gear and € 83. That is my opinion and experience. ????
