Wenn man ein Problem hat, dann schauen diese Mitarbeiter, dass Sie dir so schnell wie möglich helfen können, also damit meine ich das man nicht lange auf einen Termin warten muss, obwohl es sicher viele Leute mit Problemen gibt. Sie geben sich echt Mühe ,Ihre Angelegenheit so schnell und so gut es geht zu erledigen. The tenant protection association is a good organization that really helps a lot of people. If you have a problem, these employees will make sure that they can help you as soon as possible, so by that I mean that you don't have to wait long for an appointment, although there are certainly many people with problems. You are really trying to get your business done as quickly and as best you can.

The tenant protection association in Salzburg is an incredibly nice and very competent team! I had a very tricky rental business that I had given up hope on. However, thanks to the work of the tenant protection association, it turned out really well! The staff were very eager to deal with my request and even accompanied me to the handover of the keys.
