Es ist immer ein entspanntes klima dort freue mich immer dort meine haare schneiden lassen zu dürfen von der reizenden dame namens danijela! I can only recommend this daniela, she is super personable and a fantastic hairdresser. It's always a relaxed atmosphere there I'm always happy to have my hair cut by the lovely lady named danijela!

K	K Marcs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Personal war sehr nett aber anscheinend muss man schon im Vorhinein betonen dass man bitte jemanden haben möchte, der Haare schneiden kann, sonst endet man als Versuchskaninchen. Nach ein paar Minuten und etwaigen Versuchen die Dame darauf hinzuweisen wie der Haarschnitt sein sollte(bei Gott nichts extrem schweres) habe ich abgebrochen, da auf meine Wünsche überhaupt nicht eingegangen wurde. Selbst ein Laie wie ich erkennt, dass der Dame der Umgang mit einer Haarschneidemaschine fremd ist. Nach dem Abbruch wurde mir auch der volle Betrag für den Schnitt in Rechnung gestellt. Gottseidank hatte ich dann noch die Möglichkeit zu einem Friseur zu gehen der zwar stark frequentiert war aber das Disaster dennoch retten konnte und selbst er war darüber schokiert. Ich kann mir die sonst guten Rezensionen nur sehr schwer erklären. The staff was very nice but apparently you have to emphasize in advance that you want someone who can cut your hair, otherwise you end up as a guinea pig. After a few minutes and possible attempts to point out to the lady how the haircut should be (by God nothing extremely difficult) I broke off because my wishes were not taken into account at all. Even a layman like me will recognize that the lady is unfamiliar with the use of a hair clipper. After the cancellation, I was also charged the full amount for the cut. Thank God I still had the opportunity to go to a hairdresser who was heavily frequented but still managed to save the disaster and even he was shocked about it. I find it very difficult to explain the otherwise good reviews.

The length is like a cardiogramm - partly too long, partly holes and this supposed to be called "Stufen". The only reason we came is because of Frau Iso from Singapore. The rest of the workers need really go and study, bcs this is just not called professional when your hair has all the possible length types and holes! Never again.
