Ich habe einen Termin ausmachen wollen, da mein Hufschmied derzeit auf Urlaub ist und mein Pferd dringend einen Schmied benötigt. Ich habe nach einem erfolglosem Anruf eine kurze Sms hinterlassen, sachlich und freundlich formuliert worum es geht und dass es dringend sei. Zurück kam eine patzige, unfreundliche und unangemessene Antwort, wo man sich nur denkt, wo hat dieser Mensch seine Manieren her? Alptraum pur!
 Very rude, impolite, stay away from that. It doesn't get any worse!
I wanted to make an appointment because my farrier is currently on vacation and my horse urgently needs a blacksmith. After an unsuccessful call, I left a short text message, in a factual and friendly manner, what it was about and that it was urgent. Back came a snotty, unfriendly and inappropriate answer, where one only thinks, where did this person get his manners from? Pure nightmare!
