Mein Mann hat die Hypnose zur Raucherentwöhnung gemacht und ist mit keinen großen Erwartungen rangegangen. "Schaden kann es ja nicht." Schon direkt danach hat er gesagt, dass es für ihn feststeht, nie wieder zu rauchen ! Und in den bisher vergangenen 2 Monaten kam er kein einziges Mal auch nur in Versuchung. Also ein voller Erfolg ! My husband and I both had great hypnosis! You are "there", but I was able to dive deep into my subconscious and it was very exciting! My husband did hypnosis to quit smoking and did not respond with great expectations. "It can't do any harm." Immediately afterwards he said that he was certain that he would never smoke again! Er legt viel Wert darauf, vorab alle Fragen zu klären und den Verlauf der Hypnose zu erklären. Mein Ziel war es, meinen Selbstwert zu stärken. Die Hypnose hat mir dabei geholfen, Zusammenhänge zwischen Erlebnissen und meinem geschwächten Selbstwert zu finden. Sie zeigte mir ein Erlebnis auf, dass ich mit diesem Thema nie verbunden hätte. Also zusammengefasst kann ich ihn nur weiterempfehlen! I had my first hypnosis with Philipp and was very happy with it.
