Date was not perceived without cancellation - after asking not even an apology. No great performance and customer orientation no trace.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es war ein Termin vereinbart mit dem Installateur, aber er hat stundenlang warten lassen und hat sich weder an dem Tag noch am nächsten Tag zurückgemeldet!
An appointment was made with the installer, but he kept waiting for hours and didn't get back to me that day or the next!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wie viele hier berichten, erscheint einfach nicht zu ausgemachten Terminen obwohl man ihn am selben Tag anruft und fragt ob er eh kommt da man ja die Rezessionen gelesen hat :-D
Update: weil der Herr unten sagt es wurde mir mitgeteilt... Termin um 16Uhr Absage um 16:20Uhr stimmt. Aber dann sollten sie keine Notdienste machen oder sich keine Termine ausmachen und dann diese Wahrnehmen die wahrscheinlich mehr Geld bringen ;-)
As many report here, he simply doesn't show up at agreed appointments, even though you call him on the same day and ask if he's coming anyway, since you've read the recessions :-D
Update: because the gentleman below says I was informed... Appointment at 4 p.m. Cancellation at 4:20 p.m. is correct. But then they shouldn't do emergency services or make appointments and then perceive them, which will probably bring more money ;-)
