Mittlerweile wird sogar wieder selbst geschlachtetetes Fleisch angeboten, was mir als Fan regionaler Produkte sehr gefällt. Weiters gibt es in der Metzgerei auch eine sehr große Auswahl regionaler Kleinerzeugnisse. Einfach ein wahrgewordener Traum! Only the best quality! No wish remains unfulfilled. In the meantime, self-slaughtered meat is being offered again, which I like very much as a fan of regional products. There is also a very large selection of regional small products in the butcher's shop. Simply a dream come true!
M	Markus Schwab on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10 Deka Ware gewünscht. Auf der Waage sehe ich 15 Deka. Fleisch wird im Hinterraum durchgelassen. An der Kasse wiegt es plötzlich 18 Deka und das muss ich auch bezahlen (wo kommen plötzlich die 3 Deka mehr her?). Bei einem Kilopreis von 52 € sind das ca. 10€. So stelle ich Service sicherlich nicht vor !!! Nie wieder gehe ich da hin, denn da fühle ich mich ehrlich gesagt verarscht! 10 Deka goods requested. I see 15 deca on the scales. Meat is let through in the back room. At the checkout it suddenly weighs 18 Deka and I have to pay that too (where did the 3 Deka more suddenly come from?). At a price per kilo of € 52, that's around € 10. This is certainly not how I introduce service! I'll never go there again, because I honestly feel ripped off!
A	Angel Angel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolle Produkte! Wir fahren teilweise extra von Innsbruck runter. Für größere Einkäufe kann man auch problemlos vorbestellen und das dann flott abholen. Und sie bieten das Vakuumieren an - mega praktisch - auch wenn ich absolut nicht auf Plastik stehe. Wers in den Öffnungszeiten nicht schafft, kann zum Blechmetzger (Verkaufsautomat) neben dem Eingang gehen. Der nimmt auch Scheine und wechselt. Der Automat hat Hartwurst (Karminwurzen, Landjäger, Vomperlochler etc.), Käse, Würste (Chilliwurst, Berner etc.) und mariniertes Fleisch, perfekt wenn man spontan grillen will. Allerdings geht der Automat so gut dass auch öfters mal was aus ist - man sieht sie aber auch sonntags nachfüllen. Es bleibt leider öfters mal was hängen, aber da ruft man dann an (Nr. Steht am Automaten) und das Problem wird gelöst! Das ist halt ein Problem bei den unförmigen Verpackungen der Hartwurst, da kann man nichts machen, aber das finden wir echt nicht so schlimm! Es sind immer alle sooo mega freundlich! Great products! We sometimes drive down specially from Innsbruck. For larger purchases, you can easily pre-order and then pick it up quickly. And they offer vacuum sealing - super practical - even if I'm absolutely not into plastic. If you can't make it during the opening times, you can go to the tin butcher (vending machine) next to the entrance. He also takes notes and changes. The machine has hard sausage (Karminwurzen, Landjäger, Vomperlochler etc.), cheese, sausages (chilli sausage, Berner etc.) and marinated meat, perfect if you want to grill spontaneously. However, the machine works so well that it often runs out - but you can also see it refill on Sundays. Unfortunately, something often gets stuck, but then you call (number is on the machine) and the problem is solved! That's just a problem with the bulky hard sausage packaging, there's nothing you can do about it, but we really don't think that's that bad! Everyone is always sooo mega friendly!

Die Metzgerei Prem ist für mich nicht mehr weckzudenken. Neben qualitativ hochwertigen Fleischprodukten, profitiere ich sehr von den Regionalen Produkten die sie in ihrem Laden anbieten. Von lecker Chutney über Gewürzsalze bis hin zum Cider und alles aus Tirol. Die Metzgerei Prem kauft selbst von kleinen Betrieben und nicht von Maßenproduktionen und das is mir persönlich sehr wichtig. Das Team is auch a wahn, wenn Zeit is hot ma immer an netten ratscher und gute Rezept Ideen bekommt man auch. Danke liebes Prem Team Regional does not matter !! And here you can taste not only the regionality but also the passion !! The butcher's Prem is no longer to be woken up for me. In addition to high quality meat products, I benefit a lot from the regional products that you offer in your shop. From delicious chutney to spiced salts to cider and everything from Tyrol. The Prem butcher shop itself buys from small businesses and not from mass production, and that is very important to me personally. The team is crazy too, when the time is hot you always have nice rattles and good recipe ideas. Thank you dear Prem team

Wir kommen sehr gerne zu Bianca und Ihrem Team weil einfach alles super schmeckt und mit viel Liebe hergestellt wird das sieht und schmeckt man. Nur zum Empfehlen!! The best butcher shop far and wide, nice team, very courteous, always everything in stock, large selection of meat, sausage and cheese, great regional things at a great price! We love coming to Bianca and her team because everything tastes great and is made with a lot of love, you can see and taste it. Only to be recommended!
