Als sie sich beschwerte, dass der Fahrer rauchen wollte, wollte sie auf Herold eine entsprechende Bewertung abgeben. Aber diese wurden, in schlechtem Deutsch, einfach abgelehnt. Soll man Fotos oder Video machen? Der Fahrer hat geraucht und das ist NICHT in Ordnung! My daughter drove this taxi company. When she complained that the driver wanted to smoke, she wanted to give a rating on Herold. But these were simply rejected in bad German. Should I take photos or video? The driver smoked and this is NOT OK!
