★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mein Partner und ich durften dieses Wochenende einen Messerschmiedekurs bei Olaf besuchen. Mit geduldiger und erfahrener Hand hat er uns beide durch das "Abenteuer erstes eigenes Messer" und zu genialen Ergebnissen geführt.
Ich kann den Kurs hier jedem empfehlen, die Kommunikation davor und währenddessen war perfekt; auf alle Wünsche wurde eingegangen, wir haben viel gelernt, gelacht und hatten insgesamt ein großartiges Wochenende (von dem wir auch noch zwei Messer mitnehmen!).
Vielen Dank nocheinmal und alles Gute für die Zukunft!
My partner and I were able to attend a cutlery course with Olaf this weekend. With a patient and experienced hand, he guided us both through the "adventure of our first own knife" and to brilliant results.
I can recommend the course to everyone, the communication before and during it was perfect; All requests were met, we learned a lot, laughed and had a great weekend overall (from which we also took two knives!).
