★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Freundliche und sehr gute Beratung. Man hat das Gefühl, dass hier wirklich das passende Produkt für den Kunden gesucht wird. Es ist vom Einsteiger Küchenmesser um 20€ bis zu handgeschmiedeten Damast-Messer alles vorhanden.
Auch bei dem Problem mit einem Produkt absolut professionell und Kundenorientiert gerarbeitet. Die Messer die ich mir gekauft habe (Marke Global) sind hervorragend. Tipps zur Messerpflege gibts dann noch gratis dazu.
TLDR: Sehr gute Beratung, sehr gute Produkte.
 Friendly and very good advice. You get the feeling that the right product for the customer is really being sought here. Everything is available, from beginner kitchen knives for € 20 to hand-forged damask knives.
Even when it comes to the problem with a product, the work is done in an absolutely professional and customer-oriented manner. The knives I bought (Global brand) are excellent. Tips on knife care are also provided free of charge.
TLDR: Very good advice, very good products.
