Für mich die Firma mit der schönsten Auswahl an Teppichen und dem besten und transparentesten Online-Auftritt. Das Teppich, das Herzstück unseres Wohnzimmers, sieht wieder traumhaft aus, die Reparaturen sind kaum oder gar nicht zu erkennen. Eine wunderbare Arbeit - vielen Dank dafür!
We have given our Bidjar, which has been badly affected by years of use in the family and simple repairs, into the hands of Mr. Mesgarzadeh and have been richly rewarded. The carpet, the heart of our living room, looks fantastic again, the repairs are barely visible or not at all. A wonderful job - thank you very much for that!

We live in Vienna, but we went all the way to Salzburg to buy a carpet because the Mesgarzadehs design their own line of hand-made carpets (Ghadimi) that use only natural dyes and are just beautiful. The service at the store was also wonderful, and our carpet arrived even sooner than I expected. It was a great experience all around.

The online shop offers an excellent customer experience, from browsing, through selection to payment. The care with which my purchase was wrapped, packed (using recycled packaging) and dispatched including certificate was also very noticeable.
