★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach Hand-Operation begann ich 2 Tage nach der Operation mit dem Training bei Hermine zur Hämatomableitung. Durch Training mit Hermine und ebenso intensives Training zu Hause war bei Gipswechsel (8 Tage nach Operation) kein Bluterguss mehr zu sehen. Dadurch konnte ich sofort einen geschlossenen Gips bekommen.
Ich kann dieses Training nur wärmstens empfehlen.

 After the hand surgery, I started training with Hermione for hematoma drainage 2 days after the surgery. Through training with Hermione and equally intensive training at home, no more bruises could be seen when the cast was changed (8 days after the operation). This enabled me to get a closed cast immediately.
I highly recommend this workout.
