Ich habe schon einiges auf diesem Gebiet versucht und langfristig gesehen hat mir das Mentaltraining einfach am Besten geholfen. Es geht ja darum etwas an seinem Unterbewusstsein zu ändern, Selbstbewusster zu werden und Muster zu ändern. Und Harald geht da sehr einfühlsam und professionell vor. Ich schreibe eigentlich nie Rezensionen, aber wenn man so von etwas überzeugt ist muss man es einfach tun! Not only that you feel good because both are so incredibly warm, it's also that you really achieve success. I have already tried a lot in this area and in the long term mental training has helped me the most. It's about changing something in your subconscious, becoming self-conscious and changing patterns. And Harald is very sensitive and professional. I never actually write reviews, but if you're so convinced of something you just have to do it!
