M	Mr. Smart on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das passamt macht einen sehr guten Job! Die Mitarbeiter nehmen sich Zeit und sind auch sehr lieb und hilfsbereit ! The pass office does a very good job! The employees take their time and are also very nice and helpful!

Leider hab ich versucht anzurufen war ca .15 min in der Warteschleife danach habe ich aufgegeben weil ich nicht die zeit habe da minutenlang am Telefonhörer zu sein. Aus diesem Grund wollte ich heute schnell mal rein und mich anmelden, doch da war ein netter Mann der mich nicht durch gelassen hat . Naja weil ich keinen Termin habe . Na dan raus ,wieder angerufen. Na klar wieder 5 min in der Warteschleife ohne jeglichem Kontakt mit irgendeinem. Na und nun weiss ich noch net wie ich mich anmelden (um melden ) soll . Ich muss sagen die sind sehr top da im Amt. Weil es ist kontaktlos weil da erreicht man eh keinen ??? Well if there were minus then 5 minus times. Unfortunately, I tried to call and was on hold for about 15 minutes, then I gave up because I didn't have the time to be on the phone for minutes. For this reason I wanted to go in and register quickly today, but there was a nice man who did not let me through. Well because I don't have an appointment. Well then out, called again. Of course, again 5 minutes on hold without any contact with anyone. Well, now I still don't know how to register (to report). I have to say they are very top in office. Because it's contactless because you can't reach any ??? anyway
F	Florian Quinesser on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arbeitet dort tatsächlich jemand? Man benötigt vorab einen Termin, aber seit Stunden hebt niemand ab und auf Mails wird auch nicht geantwortet. In anderen Städten kann man einfach Online einen Termin auswählen und es wird auch das Telefon bedient. Einfach furchtbar. Does anyone actually work there? You need an appointment in advance, but no one has answered for hours and there are no replies to e-mails. In other cities you can simply select an appointment online and you can also use the phone. Simply terrible.
V	Vanessa Milic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es wird auf der direkten Seite des Meldeamts nicht darauf hingewiesen, dass man einen Termin braucht. Menschen werden reihenweise weggeschickt. Die Security ist an unfreundlichkeit kaum zu überbieten. Zu mir, als Österreicherin war sie eh nett aber sobald ein Mensch mit offensichtlichem Migrationshintergrund durch die Türe kommt, ändert sich ihre Stimmlage und Höflichkeit scheint ein Fremdwort zu sein. The direct page of the registration office does not indicate that you need an appointment. People are being sent away in droves. The security is hard to beat in terms of unfriendliness. To me, as an Austrian, she was nice anyway, but as soon as a person with an obvious migration background comes through the door, her voice changes and politeness seems to be a foreign word.
H	Heinz Sabotnig on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Meldeamt befindet sich in der Kumpfgasse, im 1 Stock. Die Angestellten sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!?. Man hat dort kurze Wartezeiten. Der Eingang ist auch behindertengerecht, ein Lift bringt Rollstuhlfahrer und ältere Leuten in die Etagen. Vorne draußen gibt es auch genügend Parkplätze. The registration office is located in Kumpfgasse, on the 1st floor. The staff are very friendly and helpful! ?. There are short waiting times there. The entrance is also handicapped accessible, a lift brings wheelchair users and elderly people to the floors. There is also plenty of parking space at the front.
S	SoSo meilB on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Keine Spur von Bürgerservice, Freundlichkeit oder Hilfsbereitschaft!! Wenn man als junger Mensch sich nicht auskennt,wird man blöd angemacht und von einem Ort zum anderen geschickt…Bis man sich das alles selbst erklären kann. Kann mir die positiven Rezensionen nicht erklären!! Vor ein paar Monaten waren da noch überwiegend negative dabei ? No trace of citizen service, friendliness or helpfulness! If you don't know your way around as a young person, you will be turned on and sent from one place to another ... Until you can explain it all to yourself. Can't explain the positive reviews to me !! A few months ago there were mostly negative ones ?
