Leider gab es einen kleinen Fehler im Lagerbestand, meine gewünschte Größe war leider nicht vorrätig, sowas kann leicht mal passieren. ABER es wurde mit mir unverzüglich Kontakt per Mail aufgenommen in welcher verschiedene Lösungsvorschläge angeführt waren. SUPERNETT und Lösungsorientiert. Das Paket kam sehr flott bei mir an, war toll verpackt. Liebevoll und sorgfältig. Und dann lag noch eine persönliche Dankeskarte bei - hallo?! Wo gibt's denn sowas, heutzutage. Ich bin begeisterung!! Danke, dass es solche Shops wie euren gibt. Das war zwar meine erste Bestellung- aber keinesfalls meine letzte :) I used the sale a few days ago and ordered. Unfortunately there was a small error in the inventory, the size I wanted was unfortunately not in stock, something like that can easily happen. BUT I was immediately contacted by email in which various proposed solutions were listed. SUPERNETT and solution-oriented. The package arrived very quickly and was well packaged. Lovingly and carefully. And then there was a personal thank you card - hello ?! Where do you get that nowadays. I am enthusiasm !! Thank you that there are shops like yours. That was my first order - but by no means my last :)

Petra hat immer sehr schnell und freundlich geantwortet, obwohl ich wirklich schon sehr lästig war ;-) Sie hat sich wirklich für unsere Anliegen Zeit genommen und aus diesem Grund haben wir das Hausbett natürlich auch direkt im Online Shop bestellt. Das war bestimmt nicht unser letzter Einkauf und hoffentlich schaffen wir es auch einmal direkt ins Geschäft zu kommen. Die Sachen sind wirklich soooo schön...da findet einfach jede/jeder etwas tolles! Vielen, vielen Dank für alles. Wir kommen wieder :-) So customer service is really a dream! We were looking for a house bed and really had a lot of questions before ordering. Petra always answered very quickly and friendly, although I was really annoying ;-) She really took the time to deal with our concerns and for this reason we of course also ordered the house bed directly from the online shop. That was definitely not our last purchase and hopefully we will be able to get straight to the store. Things are really soooo beautiful ... everyone will find something great! Thank you so much for everything. We will be back :-)

Aber nicht nur das war ein Highligt. Die Ware wurde so liebevoll verpackt, nicht einfach in Plastik gesteckt, sonder in Papier eingewickelt und dazu wurde ein persönliches nettes Schreiben gelegt. Ich war begeistert. Dieses Unternehmen ist wirklich ein Vorzeigebeispiel. Sehr Empfehlenswert. Vielen lieben Dank Frau Petra. I ordered a swimsuit for my daughter online. The quality was very satisfactory, as was the quick delivery. But not only that was a highlight. The goods were so lovingly packed, not just put in plastic, but wrapped in paper and a personal, nice letter was added. I was excited. This company is really a prime example. Highly recommended. Finde ich echt blöd und nicht sehr professionell! I drove extra far to shop at the store. Unfortunately it closed this week due to quarantine measures. However, this information is not available online. I find it really stupid and not very professional!

Bestellung ging super schnell raus und war auch total schnell da und sehr liebevoll eingepackt, die Produkte sind wie beschrieben und von toller Qualität, der Nachhaltige Karton das dieser wiederverwendet wurde war eine weitere sehr positive Überraschung. Echt schade das der Laden so weit weg ist. Glatte 5 Sterne für eine tolle Erfahrung Ordered online, everything was great and really a great experience. The order went out super fast and was there really quickly and packed very lovingly, the products are as described and of great quality, the sustainable cardboard that was reused was another very positive surprise. It's a shame the store is so far away. A solid 5 stars for a great experience
